The Lowry Family Hub is a private family dashboard used only by members of the Lowry household. Access is limited to specific Google accounts chosen by the family.
Google sign-in is used only to confirm your email address so the Hub can check it against that list. No other profile data is requested.
Gmail and ParentSquare (read-only) are used to review school, sports and church sources and update this private family dashboard. OpenAI processes the relevant source content and attachments to propose and verify report changes. Model responses are requested without storage. The Hub never sends, deletes, labels or otherwise changes mail, and never writes to ParentSquare.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
